Company history
Done Rite Roofers has spent 10 years serving New Jersey homeowners from our office at 143 Farnham Ave in Garfield — inspecting, photographing, explaining and then pricing, and telling homeowners when they do not need what we sell.
Credentials and insurance
Every roofing contractor in New Jersey should be able to hand you three things without hesitating: a state registration number, a certificate of general liability insurance, and proof of coverage. Ours, in full:
- NJ Home Improvement Contractor License #13VH12674100
- PA Home Improvement Contractor Registration #PA192943
- CT Home Improvement Contractor Registration #HIC.0698708
- $2 million insurance coverage plus bond
- GAF Certified roofing contractor
How we work
Inspection with photographs. Written scope naming every component and manufacturer. Repair and replacement priced separately so you can compare honestly. Permits pulled. Property protected. Site cleaned. Warranty documentation issued and registered.
If a documented repair will get you five more years, we will tell you that — even when a replacement is the larger invoice. See roof repair and roof replacement for how we draw that line.
Warranties
Manufacturer material coverage and Done Rite's workmanship warranty are two separate protections, and the difference matters when something goes wrong. Every Done Rite job carries a 25-year workmanship warranty, stated in your proposal in plain language.
